I use to love ibotta, but my recent transaction has been horrible. I have had a ticket open for awhile and they wont credit me. I got credit for only one thing on my order and not the others, now they say they cant find the order at all, even tnough i got a credit back on it. They asked for reciepts and bar codes of what i got and i have sent everything several times and tgey keep asking for the same thing again. After this i am not a fan of ibotta
Went to cash out and said my earnings withdrawal has been suspended. I have never cashed out before. Apparently based on reviews this is what happens. I am proof the reviews don't lie. Got 54$ and went give it to me. Knew it was too good to be true who pays money just to buy groceries

Gotten better in a few years since I started using it. ***You don't accept receipts from my local liquor store or other small off the radar businesses that don't have a logo on the receipt. You are encouraging people to not support local businesses by not accepting offers from them. Change this. I'm not going to go buy alcohol from a big box store just for a fat discount via your app, but some people will. You are indirectly harming small businesses with this policy. Stop hating small business!
